Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the Betsat services made available via betsatts.com and set out the conditions under which you may access and use our remote gambling products. These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 (last updated on 6 November 2025) and apply to all real-money and bonus play, subject to applicable mandatory laws of your country of residence, including the United Kingdom where relevant.

Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following words have the meanings set out below:

Operator means Poligon Entertainment N.V., a company established in Curaçao with its registered address at Dr. M.J. Hugenholtzweg 25, Curaçao, operating the Betsat-branded online gambling services via betsatts.com (including the Betsat site variation).
Website or Platform means the online gambling environment accessible via betsatts.com and any related mobile or mirror sites that we operate.

Wagering Requirement means the total amount you must stake using eligible bets before any Bonus funds or associated winnings become withdrawable as Real Money Balance.
KYC (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification and due diligence procedures we are legally and contractually required to conduct, including verification of identity, age, address, payment methods and source of funds where applicable.

Business Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Curaçao on which banks are generally open for business.

Account Registration

Eligibility and age

Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the laws of your country of residence prescribe a higher minimum age for online gambling. You must not attempt to open an Account or use the services if you are under the applicable legal age.
Jurisdictional restrictions: You may only use the services where it is lawful for you to do so. Single Account: You may hold only one Account with the Operator. Multiple, duplicate or linked Accounts may be closed and balances voided where justified by fraud, abuse or circumvention of our rules.

Registration process and KYC

Account creation: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, contact details and preferred currency.
Email verification: We may require you to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link or entering a code sent to the email you provided. Until verification is completed, we may limit your ability to deposit, bet or withdraw.

User obligations

Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information you provide is true, accurate and kept up to date. You must promptly inform us of any change to your details, including address, contact information or payment methods.
Password and security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your Account or allow any third party to access it. Any bets placed using your username and password will be deemed valid.
Responsible use: You must only fund your Account with money you can afford to lose and must use our responsible gaming tools (such as limits and self-exclusion) as needed, as described on the responsible gaming section of betsatts.com.
Prohibited use: You must not use the services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, collusion, arbitrage through multiple accounts or use of bots or automated scripts. We may suspend or close your Account and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

All bets placed via betsatts.com under the Betsat configuration are subject to these general betting and gameplay rules, the specific game rules published for each product and any additional rules set out on the Website.

Placing bets

Bet acceptance: A bet is deemed placed when it appears in your betting history and has been accepted by our servers. If there is a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and our records, the information held by the Operator will prevail.
Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market or game may have minimum and maximum stake limits. We reserve the right to limit, refuse or partially accept any bet, including limiting maximum payout per bet, event or player, in line with our risk management policies.

Modification and cancellation

User-initiated changes: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, you cannot unilaterally cancel or change it. Some products may offer a cash-out feature, which is an additional service and not guaranteed to be available for any specific bet.
Operator adjustments: We may void, correct or adjust bets in cases of obvious error (including palpable errors in odds or markets), system malfunction, incorrect settlement or where the event is cancelled, postponed or settled under specific rules described on the Website.
Technical failures: If a game or bet is interrupted due to technical issues, the outcome will be determined based on the final result recorded by our systems or, for casino games, by the relevant game provider. Bets affected by a demonstrable malfunction may be voided and stakes returned.

No collusion or cheating: You must not collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, use bots or apply any system designed to gain an unfair advantage. We may suspend or terminate Accounts and void bets where we reasonably suspect such behaviour.
Monitoring: We monitor gameplay and communication channels and may record chats for security, quality and compliance purposes. Breaches of conduct rules may lead to warnings, chat restrictions, Account suspension or termination.

Bonus Terms

Bonuses offered via betsatts.com under the Betsat brand are subject to these general Bonus Terms and the specific conditions published on our promotions pages and in the dedicated Bonus Rules at https://betsatts.com/en/bonus-rules (or any updated URL on betsatts.com).

Bonus activation and eligibility

Offer-specific conditions: Each Bonus or promotion will specify eligibility criteria, such as minimum deposit amount, qualifying bet type, promo code or geographical restrictions. Only one person per household, IP address, device or payment method may generally claim a specific offer, unless stated otherwise.
Activation: Bonuses may be credited automatically when you meet the conditions, or may require manual opt-in, entering a bonus code or contacting support. If you believe a Bonus has not been correctly credited, you must contact support@betsatts.com before placing further bets with the affected funds.

Wagering requirements and timeframes

Wagering: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wager multiplier, eligible games and contribution percentages are defined in the specific offer and Bonus Rules.
Time limits: Each Bonus will specify a timeframe within which the wagering requirements must be met (for example, within a set number of days from activation). Failure to complete wagering within the applicable period may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
Stake order: We may apply a defined order of stakes (for example, real money before Bonus money) as described in the Bonus Rules. The applicable logic will affect how your wagering requirements are calculated.

Prohibited games and actions

Restricted games: Certain games, bet types or strategies may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements (for example, low-risk roulette bets, equal-money bets or some live casino games). Any restrictions will be detailed in the Bonus Rules or specific promotion terms.
Abusive play: You must not engage in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to clear wagering, using matched betting or arbitrage solely to exploit Bonuses, opening multiple Accounts, or colluding with others to benefit from promotions. We may remove Bonuses, void associated winnings and close Accounts in such cases.
Combining promotions: Unless expressly allowed, Bonuses may not be combined. Only one active deposit Bonus may apply to your Account at a time, and wagering contributions may not be aggregated across multiple concurrent offers.

Refunds and bonus cancellation

Cancellation by you: Subject to specific offer conditions, you may request cancellation of an active Bonus. Cancelling an active Bonus may lead to loss of the Bonus amount and any associated winnings that have not yet been converted to Real Money Balance.
Operator adjustment: We may amend, withdraw or cancel Bonuses where required for legal, regulatory or operational reasons, or where we reasonably suspect misuse or technical error, while seeking to treat customers fairly.

Deposit methods and limits

Payment options: We may support deposits via payment cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and selected cryptocurrencies, subject to availability in your region and our risk policies. Available methods and any third-party fees will be displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
Minimum and maximum amounts: Each method has minimum and maximum deposit limits. We may adjust these limits or set individual limits based on your risk profile, transaction history or KYC status.
Source of funds: You must only deposit using payment instruments and cryptocurrency wallets that are in your own name. We may require proof of ownership and may reject or return deposits that do not meet our requirements.

Withdrawals and processing

Refunds and chargebacks

Refund policy: Deposits are considered used once bets have been placed. We are under no obligation to provide refunds or reverse transactions where the underlying bets have already been settled, except where required by law or where we choose to do so at our discretion.
Chargebacks: You must not request or initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without valid justification. If a chargeback occurs, we may suspend or close your Account, deduct the disputed amount and any associated costs from your balance and treat any outstanding amounts as a debt owed to us.

Crypto-specific considerations

Price volatility: Where we support cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals, we may convert crypto amounts into your Account currency at the rate applied at the time of the transaction. We are not responsible for any change in value of cryptocurrencies between deposit, betting and withdrawal.
Network confirmations: Crypto transactions may require a number of network confirmations before being credited. Until confirmation, funds may not be available for betting or withdrawal.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, this section sets out the limits of our responsibility to you.

Operator obligations

Fairness and integrity: We use licensed third-party software providers and follow recognised industry practices to ensure that games are fair and outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or transparent, published rules.

Exclusions and limits

Player responsibility

Termination & Suspension

Termination by you

Closure on request: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at support@betsatts.com. Before closure, you should withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance, subject to any ongoing verification requirements or legal obligations.

Withholding of funds: Where we close an Account due to serious breach, fraud, money laundering concerns or similar misconduct, we may withhold part or all of the balance and/or void bets as permitted by law and relevant regulatory rules.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Primary law and forum: Subject to mandatory laws, any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account or your use of the services shall be subject to the laws of Curaçao and the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
