By opening an account, depositing funds, placing bets or otherwise using the services operated under the Betsat brand via betsatts.com, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Bonus Rules, Responsible Gaming information and any other rules or policies referenced here or on betsatts.com.
For the avoidance of doubt, the services are operated from Curaçao by Poligon Entertainment N.V., Dr. M.J. Hugenholtzweg 25, Curaçao, under online gambling sub-license no. 1668/JAZ issued by Antillephone N.V. Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following words have the meanings set out below:

All bets placed via betsatts.com under the Betsat configuration are subject to these general betting and gameplay rules, the specific game rules published for each product and any additional rules set out on the Website.
Placing bets
- Bet acceptance: A bet is deemed placed when it appears in your betting history and has been accepted by our servers. If there is a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and our records, the information held by the Operator will prevail.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market or game may have minimum and maximum stake limits. We reserve the right to limit, refuse or partially accept any bet, including limiting maximum payout per bet, event or player, in line with our risk management policies.

Bonus activation and eligibility
- Offer-specific conditions: Each Bonus or promotion will specify eligibility criteria, such as minimum deposit amount, qualifying bet type, promo code or geographical restrictions. Only one person per household, IP address, device or payment method may generally claim a specific offer, unless stated otherwise.

Refunds and bonus cancellation

- Network confirmations: Crypto transactions may require a number of network confirmations before being credited. Until confirmation, funds may not be available for betting or withdrawal.
Limitation of Liability
